2009年回歸，成為法國品牌C　line的創意總監，發布2010年早春系列時尚作品；

至今，坐鎮C　line。

設計風格︰面料應用方面注重比例恰當，線條明朗，剪裁考究，輪廓突出；從審美層面弱化細節和色彩方面的影響。

Phoebe Philo has been credited for reviving the sartorial sparkle of French house C　line, turning it into a force to be reckoned with once again. Her designs tend to focus on proportion, line, cut and silhouette, with fabric, detail and colour playing a secondary role in her pared-back aesthetic.

• Although Philo was born in Paris, she was educated in London and ultimately graduated from Central Saint Martins in 1996. 

• Following her graduation, in 1997 Stella McCartney, who had studied with Philo at Central Saint Martins, took Philo on as her design assistant at Chlo　.

• In 2001 she took over the Chlo　 job from Stella McCartney and made the brand her own, presenting her frist ready-to-wear collection for the house that year and launching a line of accessories for Chlo　 in 2002.

• The British designer resigned from Chlo　 in 2006 in order to spend more time being a mother - the commute to Paris from her home in London, where she lives with her gallery owner husband Max Wigram and two children, was taking its toll.

• After a three year absence from the fashion industry she returned as the creative director at C　line, debuting a pre-spring 2010 collection for the label in June 2009
